Snap Layouts
The Snap feature is a great way to improve your productivity by sharing many app windows in a single screen. The Snap feature in Windows has some predetermined layouts that you can choose from to snap all your open windows.
When dragging a window near the top of your screen, you'll notice that a black bar appears. Drag the window the whole way to the top and you will see the snap layout box. You can drop the window into the layout you want to use.
If you would like to disable this feature, follow these instructions:
- Click Start, then Settings

- Select System, then Multitasking

- Click the arrow to expand the Snap window section
- Uncheck the box "Show snap layouts when I drag a window to the top of my screen"
