Installing Apps from Office 365
Open Office 365 with Edge. Office 365 will be referred to as O365 in this document.
If it opens in Chrome, copy and paste the url from Chrome into Edge.
Sign in.
In the top left, click on the checked pattern.
Click on All Apps at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and click on Explore all your Apps
You will be taken to this page that shows all your available apps.
(The Get More Apps button does not get you more apps, it is to purchase an O365 upgrade to get more apps)
Select the app you want to install/use and launch it.
When it opens, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
Select the APPS option.
Choose to install the app, it will install on the computer.

Some apps will install as a website shortcut.
It will install as an app, but when it opens it will open in O365.
Some apps, such as Visio will not allow a local installation, it will only work in O365.
You will not see the install option at all.
