Open your Office 365 account and log in, there should be a desktop shortcut on your desktop.
Locate Teams on the left panel After Teams opens click on the 3 dots in the upper right
Select Download the desktop app Locate the download in your downloads folder and run it
You should not be prompted for credentials, if you do, call me.
You will get notification when the install is complete, then it will be located in your start menu.
